Individually Coached Sessions, Group Training and Swim Analysis

Our coaches run individual and group training sessions to motivate and guide you to achieve your goals. Our focus is on delivering 1-on-1 sessions, including detailed swim analysis sessions; however, we also run various group sessions depending on demand. These include open water swims, squads, transition training, cycling and running sessions.

SWIM ANALYSIS - Knowing how your stroke and body position look in the water is essential to improving your swim performance. In your privately booked Swim Analysis Session we will take you through a regular swim session, filming you above and below the water from various angles. We will then analyse the footage to identify areas for improvement, and provide you drills and techniques to help you develop and improve your swimming. At approximately 6 weeks, we will complete another quick assessment to monitor your progress.

These sessions specifically target individual areas for improvement, or may simply be used as a motivational session.
