The Inspire Mid-Season Triathlon Camp is in debut! Canberra is a perfect training ground for triathletes. Held over the Australia Day Long Weekend, why not come visit the National Capital and train the house down. Activities will be run utilising the best facilities and sites around Canberra over 4 days. This year the camp has a great mix of endurance, strength, technique, recovery and team activities to prepare you for the season! 

Swimming: In Canberra in early January may be limited to our great pool facilities, but one should always plan to take a dip in Lake Burley Griffin, so bringing a wet-suit is a must! You can expect to swim twice during the camp including sessions covering technique/endurance and strength!  

Cycling: You'll have the chance to chalk up a few kilometres with elevation on the bike between 50-250 km over the weekend depending on your preferred race distance all while seeing the sites of Canberra.

Running: Our running program is also a great balance of endurance, speed and strength work. Canberra is blessed to have great mountain running trails; so don't expect too many easy sessions! 

The program consists of a great weekend of swim bike and run; but we'll also take you through some great recovery sessions and have a little fun too! You'll also get a chance to enjoy what this great region has to offer! So why not come and train in the Nation's Capital; it's Australia's greatest endurance playground!

Camp costs: $350

The camp cost is inclusive of all coached activities, facilities entry/hire, and the famous Inspire Goody Bag! We may also throw in a few surprises along the way ;) 

Accommodation: Camp accommodation is not provided. Camp HQ will be the Rainbow Roundabout in Braddon, so somewhere near by would be convenient. The team at Inspire will provide details of any special offers for camp accommodation. More details coming soon. 

COVID Policy: If you cannot attend due to COVID Isolation Government, we will refund you 100% of the operating costs, less the cost of your camp merchandise. Once merchandise is ordered, we cannot return; however, once received, we'll be sure to post it to you in the mail, or run it to your door.
