Personalised Training Programs

Here at Inspire Endurance Coaching our personalised programs are crafted for our athletes based on their experience, fitness, life commitments and race goals. We work closely with each athlete to deliver a balanced and bespoke training program that not only takes into consideration training commitments, but all of life's demands (work, family, daily chores and even the family dog), because there is no point paying for a great program that sits on the shelf as your life goes by!!

We use TrainingPeaks (TM) to draft your program and to provide feedback on a regular basis. As a qualified TrainingPeaks Level 1 Coach we know how to get the best out of this amazing platform to develop your training sessions and analyse your workout files*.  And don't worry, if you're not already subscribed to TrainingPeaks (TM), we have you covered with an account at no extra cost.** 

*Athletes must own a multisport or cycling GPS/HR tracking device to record and upload all workout sessions to TrainingPeaks (TM) for workout analysis to be accessed.
**Athletes will be provided with a 'Basic' subscription to TrainingPeaks (TM); athletes may wish to upgrade to the 'Premium' subscription at their own cost. See www.TrainingPeaks.com for further details.

ANNUAL TRAINING PLANS - As a Certified Level 1 TrainingPeaks Coach, your coach will formulate an Annual Training Plan and Program using TrainingPeaks (TM) online package. Based on your personal race or fitness goals, the ATP will build you toward achieving your goals by mapping out your training year to ensure you build, condition, race and recover well.

Whether that be in the colder months where motivation can wain, or whether you are just starting out in endurance sport and are looking to build that all important base. Our base programs are designed to build strength, functionality, endurance and aerobic base so you can focus on race goals during the season.

RACE SEASON PROGRAMS - As you progress from base training, our Race Season Programs focus your attention on technique, speed and endurance depending on your race goals. Your coach will assist you in planning your race season with careful consideration of your "A" "B" and "C" races, enabling race experience and testing, while targeting your "A" races.
